Handmade Items
All Chaptered Goods pieces are handmade, one-of-a-kind, or created in small batches. Because of this, slight variations are expected and are part of the character of each piece.
For embroidered pieces, variations may include small differences in stitching, fabric placement, color appearance, or finishing details.
For wooden pieces, variations may include differences in wood grain, tone, texture, knots, reclaimed material markings, and natural imperfections. These details are not considered defects. They are part of what makes each piece unique.
By purchasing from Chaptered Goods, you understand and agree that handmade and natural materials will not look identical from piece to piece.
Product Descriptions and Images
We do our best to describe and photograph each item as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting, and device settings.
Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our products.
Orders
Once an order is placed, it is considered final sale. Please review all product details, shipping information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Shipping
Chaptered Goods currently ships within the United States only.
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Chaptered Goods is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Final Sale Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Because each piece is handmade, one-of-a-kind, or small batch, we are unable to restock items in the same way as mass-produced goods.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at chapteredgoods@gmail.com.

Your order number
A description of the damage
Clear photos of the item and packaging
Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
Custom Orders

Custom projects are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may vary depending on availability, materials, timeline, and project scope. Custom orders may require additional terms before work begins.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Chaptered Goods is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our website, products, or services.
