Shipping
Chaptered Goods currently ships within the United States only.
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Chaptered Goods is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control. Chaptered Goods is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or other delays that may occur during transit.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final.
Because each Chaptered Goods piece is handmade, one-of-a-kind, or created in small batches, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please review all product photos, descriptions, dimensions, and details carefully before completing your purchase.
Handmade Variation
Every item is made by hand, and natural variation is part of the piece.
For embroidered pieces, slight differences in stitching, fabric placement, color appearance, and finishing details may occur.
For wooden pieces, natural wood grain, tone, knots, reclaimed material markings, texture, and small imperfections may be visible. These details are not considered defects. They are part of the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of the work.
